It was an honour to work upon one of Vir Sanghvi's books. In this one, Sanghvi introduces the reader to not only the Indian pantry but also the culture, history and unique experiences that make Indian food so popular the world over. We decided to present the cover with an image of diversity of ingredients and kitchen implements, placed upon a shelf-stopping yellow. Eight years and running, the book is still popular amongst food aficionados and continues to sell across Indian bookstores.
